- What does it mean when my application Status shows
'PARKED'?
Companies House have rejected your application because the name you have chosen has not
been accepted or other information you have entered is incomplete. The most common reason
for rejection is when you have failed to use the Companies House
name check before choosing the name of your company and the company name is not
available, or your name included a word which can only be included in a company name
subject to certain conditions being met, for a list of such words please click here to see
information provided by Companies House. You should use the name check facility and choose
another name. If your application is PARKED we will have emailed you to tell you the
problem. You should Login to your account and amend your application. After amending your
application please click here
to resubmit it.
